The Challenge

The goal was to show that ClientSight isn't just another SaaS tool — it's a hands-on partner for solopreneurs. Honing in on the right persona and developing messaging aimed at them was crucial.

Many SaaS solutions take a generic, self-service approach that doesn’t meet the specific needs of home design solopreneurs. Appifiers wanted to position ClientSight as a true partner, not just another tool. Identifying the right target persona and crafting messaging that resonated with their pain points was essential to differentiate ClientSight.

The Deliverables

Along with a foundational strategy, including messaging recommendations and competitive analysis, we provided a website redesign, video script, and video demo to resonate with ClientSight's home design audience.

Keeping Appifiers’ existing brand in mind, we recommended design updates to the website that included adding animated images to the ClientSight landing page, moving client testimonials further up on the landing page, and adding the icons of workflow apps that ClientSight integrates with. We also crafted concise copy for feature callouts and suggested replacing platform feature shots with key benefit statements.

To demonstrate the ease of adding short animated videos to the website—a useful tactic for messaging the value of the product in place of customer interviews—we experimented with AI video storyboarding tools like Kapwing and Boords and presented Appifiers with three possible video scripts. The chosen script highlights the benefits of ClientSight’s features and addresses the feeling of overwhelm solopreneurs can experience when adopting new technology to run their business.
