The Challenge

To showcase Momentum’s “Obviously Awesome” product without a demo.


The full potential of Momentum's groundbreaking B2B sales technology proved challenging to distill across their home page, marketing materials, and overall messaging. The platform’s 12 technical features made its value and differentiation a complex message to deliver. Further compounding the challenge were 6 personas and 3 ideal business types identified as potential Momentum customers, resulting in 18 different possible personas, each with their own value props and pain points.

Live sales demos are effective at capturing the platform’s potency, so the goal was to create clear, concise, compelling messaging to entice the right audience to book a demo and complete the buyer’s journey.

The Deliverables

To produce GTM assets for Momentum’s “Obviously Awesome” product.


Our team dove into a thorough analysis of intake materials provided by Momentum to swiftly distill the information into a foundational strategy, honing in on one target persona, outlining Jobs To Be Done, developing positioning and messaging, and conducting a competitive analysis.

We defined Momentum as an “AI-powered sales Assistant for sales teams to reduce data entry so they can increase deal flow,” highlighting the product's ability to handle grunt work, which allows the sales team to focus on revenue-generating tasks.

This fresh positioning and messaging became a cornerstone for the creation of GTM assets, including a home page redesign and a new sales deck that contextualizes the need for Momentum’s solution given the onset of remote work and resulting decentralization of customer data.

To showcase Momentum's ability to address sales teams’ challenges, the sales deck transitions to an in-platform demo, allowing prospects to visualize the solution's practical application. The presentation concludes with real-world examples of Momentum’s impact, encouraging prospects to schedule a second, more technical meeting.
