The Challenge
With a new product coming soon, Bakkt needed help defining a strategy, direction, and vision.
Bakkt already sold cryptocurrency products but was building something new in the Crypto Custody market. Bakkt wanted to get to market quickly so they needed assistance with the research and strategic considerations.
Olivine stepped in and completed a full competitor, market, and SWOT analysis. With that information in mind, along with some knowledge about the product being built, Olivine provided strategic recommendations for how to take the new Crypto Custody solution to market.
The Deliverables
Once the strategy was set, Bakkt needed assets to describe their new product to potential customers.
With a vision in place and a roadmap on track, Bakkt wanted to hit the ground running with their new Custody product.
First, Bakkt needed a product brochure to bring to an industry event. We quickly learned more details about the product and shipped a new brochure with an updated design in just a couple of weeks. Second, Bakkt needed a webpage to inform website visitors of the Custody product, why it matters, and how it’s different from alternatives.
