  • Invoiced monthly upfront with net30 payment terms. Automatic month-to-month renewal. Cancel for any reason with 30 days’ notice. 

  • Fractional agreements are meant to be flexible! The specific scope of work will be determined in collaboration with your product marketer during your engagement. We can recommend a scope of work based on best practices and your consultant's specific skill set.

  • If you choose to hire your consultant in-house as an employee, Olivine charges a recruiting referral fee of 15% of the first year’s salary.

  • Olivine does its best to align the consultant’s time zone with your team to maximize availability and scheduling overlap. Higher-capacity retainers enable greater availability for consultant meetings and faster response times throughout the week. Consultants will notify you of holidays, sick days, and/or planned vacations, and working hours will always be redistributed accordingly. 

  • If you don’t think your consultant is a strong fit, Olivine will match you to a new consultant that’s a better fit at no extra cost.
