With a large portfolio of solutions, Olivine worked with Heartland to create fresh messaging and positioning for several of their core, small business solutions. By uncovering key personas across each product, and digging into the specific jobs to be done, Olivine was able to create new messaging and positioning for the individual product webpages, sales pitch deck, customer one-pagers, sales outbound emails, and other customer-facing collateral.
