The Challenge
Loqate needed to translate its platform value into compelling product messaging that the entire company could use.
The first phase of our engagement with Loqate focused on leveraging their existing work in establishing personas. We brought together key stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of their product functionality, roadmap, and differentiators. This initial strategy phase clarified Loqate’s market positioning and ensured internal alignment on the necessary sales and marketing collateral.
With phase 1 complete, we moved on to developing a Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy to prioritize marketing and sales assets. This phase involved crafting a cohesive narrative around their AI initiative and producing a new sales deck that reflected the updated positioning and messaging. The sales team actively participated in the process, contributing to the messaging and direction during feedback sessions.
