    • cPanel: Used customer research and analytics tools to optimize cPanel’s self checkout process. Increased conversions from free trial users by 15% by working with product teams in eliminating friction points at trial expiration.

    cPanel:

    • Helped launch in AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Linode, and Digital Ocean marketplaces.

    • Initiated and launched the Partner Asset Library - a partner enablement resource center.

    • Created cPanel’s first MDF (market development funds) Program which helped drive more cPanel license sales.

    cPanel:

    • Delivered collateral and training to Partners each quarterly release. Organized and facilitated onsite visits to increase engagement, build relationships, and capture feedback from cPanel Partners.

    • Moderated and engaged Partners on cPanel feature request site, forums, Slack and Discord - Increased NPS scores.

    • Planned and executed one of the most successful and highly attended cPanel conferences to date.

Project: WordPress Toolkit for cPanel

Lead cPanel’s first co-branded GTM launch with our sister company Plesk to release WordPress Toolkit.


This was a very ambitious 6 month project that included a series of rolling launches starting with a beta testing period. As the lead on the project, I helped recruit cPanel reseller partners to test WordPress Toolkit with their customers prior to launch. I gathered feedback during the beta testing period and used those results to create content and build out the GTM tactics for the full product launch rollout. The beta release resulted in the immediate adoption and onboarding of 35 Partners (resellers) and the migration of over 67k websites to WordPress Toolkit.
