Project: Booking.com, 400% increase to Partner Hotel Sign-ups


Drove increase of 400% MoM adoption rate for partner product unit. Starting from 2K signups and growing it to over 8K signups per month. Accomplished this significant growth through re-positioning partner product portfolio, updating messaging, optimizing the partner journey, leveraging new sales touchpoints, and automating the sign-up process. 

Secondary outcome was increased margins for product line by targeting higher CLV customers through data analysis, JTBD frameworks, and marketing campaigns.
