Launch day checklist

Chances are you’re not doing everything on this list, but if you were, here is the recommended order of operations.

6:30 am: Set the product live.

6:35 am: Make sure everything is working (don’t stress if it’s not, what would launch day be without a few hiccups?)

7:00 am: Set the product landing page live.

8:00 am: If you have a press embargo and/or gave exclusive access, wait until after that agreed time to release your own announcement materials.

8:05 am: Release on Product Hunt.

8:10 am: Publish the in-app announcement.

8:15 am: Turn on the sign-in modal.

8:20 am: Set your website banner live.

8:35 am: Hit send on your email campaign.

8:45 am: Quick break and make sure everything is running smoothly!

9:15 am: Share your launch in the FMP Slack Channel so we can all support you with :party_parrots: and retweets!
