Anna founded the enablement teams at both Intercom and Envoy – two high-growth startups in the Bay Area – and is now excited to bring her experience to others as a consultant. She helps companies set the foundation on their customer-facing teams, from onboarding to ongoing training and scalable processes, allowing them to grow their teams and revenue, and to invest in the development of each individual’s skills. Her philosophy is that everybody should have access to opportunities to help them grow, and she loves partnering with teams to make this a reality.
