Verta came to Olivine with a new GenAI product underway but lacked the strategy or expertise to define its positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
Olivine partnered with Verta through a series of foundational workshops covering personas, JTBD, and positioning and messaging to support their new product’s GTM plan.

After three strategic workshops, Olivine produced new positioning and messaging guidelines, a landing page, and a sales deck.
After crafting and refining a new positioning and messaging guide for LLMBuilder, Olivine created and designed a new landing page and sales deck for launch.
We worked closely with the Verta team to align the new landing page with the rest of their website refresh designs. The new sales deck used the new positioning and messaging guidelines created by the Olivine team, along with learnings the Verta team gained from testing an early sales deck draft.
