Olivine by the numbers — the 2022 edition
At the end of each year, we pause and reflect on our progress, and wow—it’s amazing how much progress you can make if you keep consistently showing up and putting in the work.
I’m pleased to present our 2nd annual edition of Olivine By The Numbers!
Our Team
We are a solid team of 17 amazing people from around the globe, we all met in person for the first time last August at our offsite in Lisbon.
This year our team worked in 59 cities around the world. We are a global team making it happen between Europe, Latam and the USA. Last year we worked from 43 cities, so a 37% increase.
We produced 1 music video — an acoustic cover of “Feel It Still” recorded live from our Airbnb.
Our Brand
Not only does Olivine still rank #1 for “Product Marketing Agency” on Google, we also rank #1 for “Product Marketing Company” and “Product Marketing Services”.
With more than 17 keywords in positions 1 through 3, we also rank #2 for “Product Marketing Consultancy” and for “Product Marketing Consultant”.
We saw close to 16,000 website visitors in 2022 (a 110% growth rate!) which converted to a total of 109 inbound qualified leads. That’s about 1,333 active visitors and 11 qualified leads per month!
Our Inside Olivine newsletter, which launched in January 2022, grew to 1,338 subscribers, with strong open rates of 45%.
We published 30 new blog posts, and our blog drove over 17,000 page views. Our top performing post is “Your 30-60-90 day plan as a new Product Marketing manger” which drove 5,200 pageviews since it was published in January 2022.
Our Work
We partnered with 13 clients this year.
We led 39 workshops for our clients.
The team also delivered 183 assets to our clients.
In July we launched Olivine Marketplace connecting startups with vetted product marketing consultants and supporting the engagement to make it great. We now have 13 vetted consultants and have successfully worked with 5 companies in product marketing and design.
