Positioning Exercise

Let’s answer a few questions to explore some of your own positioning and messaging ideas. Open a Google Doc (or take out a piece of paper if you want to go old school). Set a timer for 10 minutes and answer the following questions:

  • What trends led your company to exist?

  • What lead you to start your company?

  • What is your company solving for?

  • Why are you solving this particular problem?

  • Why does the world need your company to exist?
