About Blameless
Blameless is an end-to-end SRE platform that helps teams manage incidences easier and faster. Funded by Accel and Lightspeed Ventures, it raised a $16M Series A round in the fall of 2018.
The need
After raising their seed round, Olivine partnered with Blameless to create a full brand identity, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. We started with a positioning and branding session to understand the target users, company goals, and brand values. Based on this, we presented logo and style concepts for Blameless’s new brand identity.
Strong positioning is key. We helped Blameless anchor their messaging to SRE, an emerging trend in the DevOps space, to help establish a clear point of view as they spread the word about their product and company.
