About Elation

The need
Elation's fast-growing company had a marketing team in place but no product marketing function to support them with the positioning and messaging of their different solutions. They asked Olivine to establish product marketing best practices and use their muscle to create the necessary collateral and enablement to support their growth.
The strategy
We took the Elation team through two personas and jobs-to-be-done workshops for their enterprise and EHR solutions. We also conducted competitive research and interviews with key stakeholders to better position and message their revenue cycle management services and telehealth offerings for primary care practices and groups.
The deliverables
Olivine delivered internal positioning and messaging guides as well as personas and jobs-to-be-done decks for Elation's EHR and enterprise solutions. We created new product landing pages and restructured the website navigation to support the new platform offerings and audiences targeted. We also created several decks and 2-pagers to support the sales team with all of Elation's solutions.
